On January 17, AMAG welcomed Florian Idenburg, co-founder of SO–IL, for the launch of AMAG 41 and a conversation around the studio’s work. Based in New York and Amsterdam, SO–IL is known for its human-centered and culturally engaged approach to contemporary architecture.

On the last December 11, AMAG celebrates fourteen years of editorial work. And it is precisely on this date that we presented the book dedicated to Álvaro Siza’s Gramaxo Foundation, and the photography exhibition by João Rey, in a coincidence that is not accidental but deliberately aligned in both chronology and symbolism.

AMAG MAGAZINE was part of the ‘Future Builders’ book exhibition in Beijing, as part of the Beijing International Book Fair.

For more than four years, the Modern Art Centre and the new Gulbenkian Garden have been undergoing a thorough refurbishment, designed by architects Kengo Kuma and Vladimir Djurovic. AMAG attended the inauguration accompanied by LB24 Kengo Kuma - cam.

We went to New York for the presentation of LB 17 amant, that explores the firm SO-IL’s approach to bringing Amant’s campus to life. The book includes architectural blueprints, scenic photography, and essays from Amant’s CEO and founder Lonti Ebers as well as Martino Stierli.
