Founded in 1978, A Catedral grew from the work of two generations of a family residing in Castanheira do Ribatejo, Vila Franca de Xira, and which today works for the whole world.

A Cathedral is a renowned and thriving Carpentry and Joinery company, a pioneer in Portugal in the production of wooden frames with double glazing (1987), evolving years later into wood-aluminum frames (1993).
