To design a chair is to respond to a need - to sit. The designer's variables before this challenge are always the same and essential: form, function, material, and taste, expressed in Time. As a synthesis of these variables, the product of design evolves according to the transformations of society, the materials that emerge, or the new technologies.

To speak of an Adico DNA, when talking about Adico products, is to take responsibility for a perceptible identity, brought to us with a historical charge, from the Bauhausian models of the 1920s and 1930s, to the current models of authors who identify and interpret the know-how of 100 years. The path Adico have taken so far has been a consistent and committed one. For the next 100 years, Adico commitment is to design with a focus on ergonomics, comfort, durability and decreasing environmental footprint.
